Community Building

Community Building – We have been approved in our offer to purchase one of the Oklahoma City Public School buildings to be renovated and used as a community building for the neighborhood surrounding old Britton, Oklahoma. We will be forming our leadership team soon to complete the plan. The use of the building may include such purposes as:

• Recreation
• Tutoring
• Social gatherings
• Satellite offices for other nonprofits
• Community garden and education
• Business incubator and development
• Mentoring
• Job skills and development
• Distribution facilities for clothing, food, and other personal needs.
